About
Approach
How we work
01
Measure first
Every project starts with a baseline: how often, how long, how often it goes wrong. Without it, nobody can tell you whether the automation helped.
02
Small, then wider
One channel, one job, one owner. We widen the scope when the numbers say so, not when the roadmap does.
03
Boring on purpose
Plain rules where rules work. A model only where something has to be read or written in words.
Principles
Human in the loop
Agents propose. People approve anything that’s expensive to undo.
Measurable outcomes
Weekly accuracy and time-saved reports, with the method written down.
You own it
Code, prompts, eval sets and logs live in your accounts. No lock-in.
Honest about limits
If something shouldn’t be automated, we say so in the audit.
People
The team
Fictional team for the template. Portraits are illustrations, not photos of real people.
Inês Calado
Founder · Automation lead
Ran support operations at a Lisbon scale-up before building agents for it. Reads every hand-off log in the first month of a project, and decides what an agent may never do alone.
Tiago Seixas
AI engineer · Agents & evals
Builds the agents and the evaluation sets that keep them honest. Previously search and ranking at a travel marketplace; still tests three models before picking one.
Leah Brandt
Workflow engineer
Turns 'we copy this into that' into workflows that tell someone when they break. Works in n8n, Make and Python, whichever the client's team can keep running.
Mateo Ruiz
Delivery lead
Runs the Friday demos and writes the handover docs. A former operations manager, so he knows what a runbook needs to say at 2 a.m.
Where we are
Lisbon, Portugal. We work remotely with teams across the EU and the US, and keep four hours of overlap with US Eastern time.
"It's careful in the right places. Anything it isn't sure about lands on someone's desk with the reason why."
