- A PDF, form or contract arrives through any channel you already use.
- The model labels the document type and extracts the fields you need, with a confidence score for each.
- High-confidence fields go straight through; anything below the bar, or any missing field, is flagged.
- The reviewer sees the document next to the extracted fields and fixes only what's flagged.
- The record is filed in your system and indexed, so the copilot can cite it in answers.

Does the copilot cite sources?
Always. Every answer links the passages it used, and it says ‘I don’t know’ when the sources don’t cover the question.
Can it run in our own cloud?
Yes — on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, with models from providers you’ve approved or open-weight models you host yourself.
How do you stop it leaking documents?
Retrieval respects the same permissions as your source systems: a person can only get answers from documents they could already open.
