What we collect

• When you book an audit: your name, work email, company, role (optional) and the answers you give about your team’s work, budget and timeline. If you used our ROI calculator first, the numbers you entered are attached.

• When you email us: the contents of your message and your contact details.

• When you visit: basic technical data such as pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address and device type, through [privacy-friendly analytics provider]. [We don’t use advertising cookies.]

• The demo chat: nothing. The demo is scripted and runs in your browser; what you click is not sent anywhere.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare the audit call (legal basis: steps before entering a contract, at your request).

• To keep basic records of clients and prospects (legitimate interest).

• To understand which pages are useful (legitimate interest, aggregated data only).

We don’t sell personal data and we don’t use it to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of our business, under contracts that limit what they may do with your data: [form and email provider], [scheduling provider], [CRM], [analytics provider], [hosting provider]. If a provider is outside your country, we rely on [standard contractual clauses / adequacy decisions].

How long we keep it

• Audit requests that don’t become projects: [12 months], then deleted.

• Client project data: for the length of the contract plus [6 years] where accounting rules require it.

• Analytics: [26 months], aggregated.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to [privacy@yourdomain.com]. We reply within [30 days]. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Portugal: the CNPD).
