Careers

Small team. Real systems. Friday demos.

We’re a small team that ships working software every week and writes things down. Salary ranges are on every role.

How it works here

Fridays are for demos, reviews and learning — no new client builds.

Published, and the same for everyone at the same level.

Lisbon office for those who want it; a week together every quarter.

If we ask for your time, we pay for it.
