What you’ll do
Design and build agents that work with real business systems
Write and grow evaluation sets from real conversations
Compare models on accuracy, speed and cost and write down why you picked one
Review hand-offs and failures with clients every week
What we’re looking for
3+ years building production software in Python or TypeScript
You’ve shipped something with an LLM that real users depended on
You write clearly for non-engineers
Comfortable saying ‘this shouldn’t be automated’
Nice to have
Search or ranking experience
Speech or voice pipelines
