Run audits with client teams and write the scope
Plan and run Friday demos
Own the handover: runbooks, training, the first month of monitoring

What we’re looking for
3+ years running software or operations projects with external clients
You can read a workflow diagram and ask the right awkward question
Excellent written English; Portuguese or Spanish a plus
Nice to have
Background in support, sales or finance operations
