Illustrative case study for a fictional client. Figures show how this layout presents results; they are not real outcomes. Results vary.
The problem
Corvane Freight’s operations manager spent most of Monday pulling numbers from the transport management system, the fleet tracker and the invoicing tool into one weekly report. It usually went out on Wednesday.
What we built
A scheduled workflow now pulls the numbers every Monday at 6:00, writes a plain-language summary of what changed and flags anything unusual. An analyst checks and edits it before it’s sent at 8:00.
The workflow
Hover or focus a step. The amber step is where a person signs off.
Corvane Freight · workflow (illustrative)
- The workflow starts every Monday morning.
- Numbers are pulled from three systems and summarized in plain language.
- Any metric that moved more than 10% is flagged.
- An analyst reviews the summary and the flags, edits and approves.
- The report goes to managers and the sheet is archived.
